This License authorizes the use of this GGI material by employees of the licensing corporate identity, hereinafter referred to as a Corporation. Employees of unconsolidated corporate subsidiaries or affiliates are not included in this license. *

The user does not own the contents of this material. The licensee has purchased the right to use this material's contents; these rights are further limited as described below

The use by individuals who are not employed by the licensed corporation is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes contractors and consultants. The license is not transferable to any other company, organization or individual. Copies of this material may be made and distributed to individuals covered under this license agreement. Authorized users may download this material on company computers or laptops for company use on or off-site. Responsibility for controlling the distribution of this material both electronically and for printed copies lies with the licensed corporation. The Licensee will protect this material from unauthorized access by any and all third parties.

This material is copyrighted. Goldense Group, Inc. owns all rights. Unauthorized copies or transmittals of both electronic and printed versions by any means, either in part or whole in any form are prohibited. The Licensee is permitted to quote, cite or otherwise use the content in writing or other material. All authorized reproductions will be attributed to Goldense Group, Inc.

Printed copies of this material are also copyrighted and are covered by this license. Copies that have been printed from this material may not be distributed for use outside the Corporation.

Licensee may use this material as a component of or basis of any other publication prepared for free distribution or sale. All authorized recitations will be attributed to Goldense Group Inc.

If Licensee breaches any portion of this agreement, GGI may use legal recourse.

Downloading and use of this material constitutes agreement with these license terms.

* For purposes of colleges and universities students are afforded the same priveleges as employees.
