This article discusses how lower-level design trade-offs can significantly impact higher-level management analysis. Specifically, GGI�s �Target Costing For Co-Design Matrix [TCCM]� a tool to be used in conjunction with Economic Trade-Off Analysis, is presented and explained. Use of this tool improves the up-front management analysis and enhances the quality of the resulting decisions.
